 Although he was nominated 3 months ago as a Director at the National Company of Navigable Channels SA Constanta, Mr. Ovidiu Sorin Cupsa broke out some initiatives that might give a propulsion to the tourism on Danube-Black Sea Channel area, despite all disbelievers. What the young director thought and also what he proposed, might gain structure in a short period of time if the reply and support of the authorities would be prompt. We found out that the idea of establishing this Health Center, belonged to Dr. Nicolae Dan, whom, by seeking solutions for his patients problems, finally understood the role of premonition in health.
