CHISINAU, THE COUNTRY OF WINE

In the past years, the month of October is associated with a fest in the Republic of Moldova. The Wine Festival became one the most important events of this neighbor state and also, the most loved by Moldavians and foreign tourists.
   The Moldavian Wines draw tourists.
   Last year, in only one week, more than 30000 tourists and business men from almost 70 states from all over the world, arrived in Moldova. Also this year, between 12 and 14 of October, were more than 20000 tourist from Holland, Great Britain, France, Cyprus, Italy, Greece, etc. Unfortunately, we can’t remember a certain period, when Bucharest had so many visitors.
   The Wine Festival took place for the 6th time. There were more than 50 competitors that exposed their “magical liquors” on special arranged stands. Attention, the red moldavian wines seem to be more tasteful than ours. So, in this neighbor country, you can buy good 20 years old wines, for only 10 euros. Don’t miss the following brands: Milestii Mici ( the winner of this years Festival), Purcari and Cricova.
