   In the new history, after 1989, the Minerva hotel belongs to the
   MINERVA 92 society in which the major shareholder is Mr. Yihiel Rabinovici, other shares being owned by employees or former employees. For a long time, the Minerva hotel took I place with license, among other hotels from Bucharest, being the only 3 stars hotel endowed with air conditioning and other modern facilities. The filling rate was at the first part of the last decade 94%. „You cannot reach this again, Mr. Yihiel Rabinovici remembers quite nostalgic, but we are satisfied even with 60%. Everything is just about offering our customers all needed comfort in order to make them come again, or at least, not to forget.“
   Recently, a 2 years work for an investment took an end. A 6 floors wing with 70 rooms. Still here, a conference 230 square meters room was arranged, in which you can take advantage of all last generation endowments. So, as a total, the accommodation rooms would be around 156 with 231 places; statement by chief of reception desk: Mr Catalin Cepuch. The old restaurant will give some space in favour for a new lobby bar, with a big variety of hot drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic, snacks and bakery products and also cookies. In a couple of 2 weeks, the new restaurant will be inaugurated in the front side of the ground floor.
